Are you running into any of the following audio issues while watching episodes or clips?
- No audio
- Audio sounds distorted
- Audio/video out of sync
- Volume sounds too high or low
We recommend following the steps below to resolve the issue.
Note: There are different steps you can take if you are experiencing audio issues with advertisements or while watching the live stream.
Test other videos
Start by playing an episode or clip from another show. If the issue affects multiple shows or channels, move on to the next step.
Check your audio settings
On connected TV or smart TV devices, visit the settings menu and ensure that the audio is set to Stereo (or Normal).
On a mobile device or computer, check your device settings and/or the video player controls to make sure you haven’t set the volume too low (or set the audio to mute).
Adjust the HDMI cable
If you’re using a TV-connected device with an HDMI cable, we recommend adjusting the HDMI cable as follows:
- Connect the HDMI cable to a different port on your TV*
- If available, connect your device to an HDMI port on another TV*
- Reverse the ends of the HDMI cable**
- Use a different HDMI cable for comparison**
*If audio quality improves after trying these steps, the underlying cause of the issue may lie within the HDMI ports on your TV.
**If you notice an improvement after completing this step, the root cause may lie within the HDMI cable you’re using.
