Many browser-related issues that come up while on a desktop or laptop can be remedied by clearing browser data or cache. Instructions for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge are below.
If the steps below do not help, please disable and remove any ad blockers, pop-up blockers or potentially related extensions. If the issues persist, try another browser: Chrome | Firefox | Safari | Edge.

For Chrome, select:
- Three dots to the top right
- Select History
- Select History again
- Select Clear browsing data to the left of the screen
- Under the Basic tab, select all three checkboxes
- Select Clear data
- Then close the browser, reopen it and try again

For Firefox, select:
- History in the menu at the top of the screen, then
- Clear Recent History...
- Set Time range to clear to Everything.
- No need to check Offline Website Data or Site Preferences
- Select Clear Now
- Then close the browser, reopen it and try again

For Safari, select:
- History in the menu at the top of the screen
- Select Clear History...
- Choose All history in the dropdown
- Select Clear History
- Then close the browser, reopen it, and try again

For Edge, select:
- Favorites
- Select History
- Select Clear history
- Select Browsing history
- Cookies and saved website data,
- Cached data and files
- Select Clear
- Then close the browser, reopen it and try again
