If you have a TV subscription that includes viewing or live streaming certain content/channels online (confirm with your provider; internet-only plans won't work) and are unable to load or are having streaming issues with the NBCUniversal apps on Amazon Fire TV devices, then please try the following workarounds:

Try to log out and re-authenticate through TV provider
This solves most errors that we see for people who have access and are in the correct location to access our content.
- Sign out of your provider in the settings in the app. If you aren't signed in within this app, sign out of your provider in another app in which you are signed in, and confirm that you have been signed out of all of our apps: NBC, Bravo, E!, Oxygen, SYFY, USA and Telemundo.
- Sign in to your provider with the primary address on the provider account in the settings section of our app and try again.
Reset Fire TV device
- Press the Home button to return to the Amazon Fire TV home menu
- Then go to Settings > My Fire TV > Restart
- You can also unplug and replug your device back in
Force stop the app
- Home button > Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications
- Select the NBC App then Force-Stop the app
- Reopen it and try again
Clear cache on the NBC App
- Press the Home button to return to the Amazon Fire TV home menu
- Then go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications
- Select the NBC App
- Select Clear cache / data
