When trying to sign in to the NBC app on an OTT Device (such as an Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, or Android TV), but you receive an error code after entering in your activation code at www.nbc.com/activate, please try using your computer browser to clear your cache and cookies (or use a new browser in incognito mode), and enter your activation code in again.
Please note that activation codes will refresh every few minutes, so if you miss it once, you should try again.
